ESCROW COORDINATION
EPS is a Transaction Coordination (TC) Services Company dedicated to serving Real Estate Professionals.
Our goal is to provide real estate professionals with proficient and timely services. EPS Coordinators provides the following TC services:
- Open Escrow
- Real Estate Broker (REB) notification of Agent’s new real estate transactions
- Deliver broker required forms for signatures.
- Order Home Warranty and Natural Hazard Disclosure report.
- Communicate with escrow, title, and any other vendors on behalf of the Agent.
- Gather all required disclosures, reports & CAR forms from the Principals and Agents per DRE and your REB required checklist.
- Monitor all contingency removal periods and close of escrow deadlines.
- Your clients will be delighted your transaction team managed the escrow smoothly.

IMPORTANT
- Ask us how you can add this fee in writing to your CAR forms BRE, RLA
- or RPA so the Principals (buyer or seller) are aware of this fee being a charge to them.
- Agent signs the EPS invoice with instructions to be paid by buyer or seller or agent.
- EPS Coordinators will forward to escrow to put in the Buyer’s
- or Seller’s Closing Statement for payment or to be paid from the broker’s commission and sent separately to EPS.
